1.- What do I need to participate in the job search of your advertisement in your website?
Inicially we need your CV in English and if possible in Spanish, thereafter you will register in our website in order to have you in our system. It is very important that you fill out the form completely in order to have all the required information such as previous jobs, functions of the same, a recent Picture of you, references etc.
2.- How does the recruitment process with PLH Consulting work?
When we receive a request for an Executive from our clients they will send us a profile of the requested position. Based on the profile we start our search in our data base and start to contact the selected candidates. Once pre-selected we conduct interviews with the selected candidates confirming all the detailles as outlined in their CV. Sometimes we conduct an interview in the language which is required by our client. In the case that our client needs a Psicometric Exam our Psycologist will conduct it with the Candidate. Once the Candidate is “shorlisted” he or she will be invited for a Phone Interview with our client.
3.- In what consists a confidencial process?
During the first stage of the process PLH Consulting will not give you any information on the company or the client however a description of the job and country will be given. If at this moment the cadidate wants to persue the recruitment we continue with the process. At this stage we will forward the Executive Report of our candidate to our client. In the case that the candidate does not want to continue with the process we will consider him or her for a future placement.
4.- How can I Up-date my information in the data base of PLH Consulting?
At the moment of registration on our website you will have to register your USER ID and your PASSWORD which you can use to enter to your profile and make the necessary changes.
5. What should I do?
I am receiving invitations to participate in processes who are not of my interest because actually my position is higher than the one offered.
Just let our recruitment executive know that you actually have a better position and that you are not interested in the job. However it would be recommended that you inmediately Up-Date your profile in our data base.
6. Which E-mail should I use?
Never use your Company mail, always use a HOTMAIL or YAHOO. Companies do check on your mail.
